In the Spring I will be hosting a Co-Creative.

This is in part a follow-up posting to those of you who expressed an interest when you heard me bring this up at the end of a presentation I gave earlier this month. I thought I’d inform everyone in the event there are a few more of you that tune in who would like to participate.

The rest of this will make a lot more sense if you attended the presentation or if you have listened to the recording.

A group not exceeding 15 in number will meet in Denver, CO every Wednesday over 9 weeks from March 24 to May 19. The specific location will be announced to participants later. Depending on interest from people outside of the Denver area, I will open up a Skype conference call for remote participants. Meeting times will be 7:00-10:00pm MST. The first hour of each meeting will be a presentation of material from my book Awakening The Artist. The remaining two hours will be spent integrating the material in a manner that is interactive and relevant to the practical process of developing creative projects of various media applications and budget scopes. The formation of creative collaborations will be specifically emphasized, though solo project development will be fully supported.

The arch of the information and processes offered throughout the 9-week cycle are designed to evoke the inspiration of a project that has been informed by your soul’s deepest intentions in concert with the shaping events of your life and the encompassing influence of the world at large. It is these currents swirling together that comprise the absolute unique qualities and values you express in the world.

I will not be charging for this offering, though there may be a minimal donation ($5-ish) requested per meeting to cover the cost of meeting space. As I mentioned in the presentation, the reason for this is that this particular cycle of gatherings will play an important role in my writing process. Through your participation, you can help me improve my message and tone. As a token of my respect for your time and influence, I will express my gratitude to each participant by name in the acknowledgment section of Awakening The Artist.

I’m beginning a new phase of development of the Mythos for Creatives™ platform preparing for the launch of my book due out in May of 2011 from Michael Wiese Productions. I introduce the material with a 20-minute message “TED Talk” style about the importance of restoring a sense of sacred service to the arts. Much of the foundational principles of the Mythos for Creatives™ program are touched on in this presentation. From there, artists are invited to delve deeper with me into the nature of how creative people can awaken to their collective potential as a key healing force on the planet. Additional offerings are available to individuals and teams focused on establishing and maintaining clear connections to the “Inspired Mind” — that golden pool of creative insight that is available to all who earnestly seek it.
